Íæż½ã½ã celebrated Pride Month in June 2022 with the global launch of its newest employee resource group (ERG), PRISM. Standing for where Pride, Respect, Inclusion and Solidarity Meet, PRISM¡¯s mission is to amplify Íæż½ã½ã¡¯s commitment to equality and inclusion by encouraging a safe and open working environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies.

With the global launch of PRISM, a steering committee will work to build membership and awareness through discussion forums and related events. PRISM will advocate for a safe and supportive environment, increase outreach in the talent pipeline and create opportunities for engagement.
PRISM¡¯s kickoff event included a live webcast presentation by activist, author and actor , who spoke about the importance of engaging in conversations with LGBTQ+ detractors rather than debating them. In relaying lessons learned from his podcast, Conversations with People Who Hate Me, Dylan pointed out that empathy doesn¡¯t mean endorsement: While we may not agree with each other, we can still relate to each other as human beings.
