Photoresist Thickness Measurement

Several single-spot tabletop and mapping tools, including the F3-sX, Filmetrics F50 and Filmetrics F60-t, measure photoresist thickness and etch rate of single-layer, multiple-layer, and even freestanding photoresist films.
